Description

With Corey W. deVos. Recent restatement of the full integral path aimed at general readers, framed around growth, waking up, and "showing up" in daily life.

In-Depth Overview

Co-written with Corey W. deVos (editor-in-chief of Integral Life), Finding Radical Wholeness is Wilber's most recent full restatement of the integral path, and the increasingly collaborative authorship pattern of his later career (following Wicked and Wise with Alan Watkins) continues here. The book reworks the familiar "growing up / waking up / cleaning up / showing up" quartet from Integral Life Practice and The Religion of Tomorrow into a fivefold path by adding a new term, "Opening Up" — development of the heart and subtle-energy dimension of practice, drawing more explicitly than earlier books on energy-body material (in the tradition of the Vedantic koshas referenced in Integral Psychology) rather than folding that territory into the Waking Up or Cleaning Up categories as before.

Structurally it reads as a practical, general-audience guide rather than a technical theory book — closer in spirit to Integral Life Practice than to Integral Spirituality — walking through the four quadrants, multiple developmental "intelligences," and shadow work as applied, everyday practices rather than as technical apparatus. As the newest core title (2024), its treatment here is flagged draft in the works index pending closer verification against the book itself, and it hasn't yet accumulated the secondary commentary or critical reception that the older core books have.
